By using HeatPitch, a product of HookPace, you agree to these terms. Please read them; they are short.

The service

HeatPitch generates cold email drafts, follow-ups and LinkedIn messages from the information you provide. HeatPitch does not send emails for you. You review, copy, export or open drafts in your own email account.

Your account

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. Keep access to your email secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.

Plans and credits

• Plans and their credit amounts are shown on our pricing page at the time of purchase.
• Each generation uses 1 credit.
• The Starter plan generates the first email only. Growth and Scale generate the full sequence (first email, two follow-ups and a LinkedIn DM).
• Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use HeatPitch for spam, harassment, deceptive or illegal outreach. You are responsible for the emails you send and for complying with the laws that apply to you, including anti-spam and privacy laws such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR. That includes having a lawful basis to contact people and honouring opt-out requests. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

AI output

Drafts are generated by AI and may contain errors or inaccuracies. Always review and edit before sending. HeatPitch does not guarantee replies, meetings or any particular result.

Availability and liability

We work to keep HeatPitch available but provide it “as is”, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, HookPace is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use HeatPitch means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
